Ora Aotearoa Health NZ Ltd  is a company led by Registered Nurses trained in New Zealand and the United States. We have a background in Covid-19 response and vaccination. This service was created to help ease the burden of testing obligations during a global Covid-19 pandemic, giving you more time to go about your daily activities.

As frequent travellers ourselves we could see an urgent need for a more consumer focused service.  Navigating testing can be a very frustrating experience, but not with us! We aim to make it simple and all in the comfort of your own home.
 
Our team is carefully trained in the surveillance of RAT tests.  We do not give personal health advice but our website does link to useful information. ​We are proud to be providing such an essential service during these challenging times.  

When can I book?

You are able to book a test to take place 06:00-23:00 NZST, 7 days a week.

All clients will need to present an acceptable unopened nasal RAT test prior to supervision being conducted.

We provide online (virtual) supervision of Covid-19 rapid antigen tests (RAT’s) for international travelers, workers and events. Our service is fast, reliable and affordable.

How much does it cost?

Check out the price list for online (virtual) supervision of Covid-19 rapid antigen tests (RAT’s) - all prices are New Zealand dollars (NZD). You must supply your own RAT.

Cancellations are non-refundable within 12 hours of the booked appointment. Cancellations that are eligible for a refund will be charged a $15.00 administration fee as per our terms and conditions. Please book with due diligence to meet your individual requirements.

An invalid / void result will be supplied if you:

•  Have already opened/tampered with the test 
•  Do not keep the test in full view of the supervisor at all times.
•  Do no comply with instructions

 Please note no refund will be given as we have still provided the service of supervision. No guarantee can be given of the results. If through no fault of your own your test is void (this is rare) we will send you a single use rebook code to use within the next 24 hours.
